Moveria Film to Premiere 'No Money No Honey' Simultaneously on Every Screen in Maine, Demands Audience Bring Their Own Honey

Moveria Film has acquired international sales rights to 'No Money No Honey' and will premiere it at the Camden International Film Festival on every available screen in the state of Maine, requiring attendees to bring a jar of honey as admission.

Moveria Film has acquired international sales rights to No Money No Honey and announced that its world premiere at the Camden International Film Festival will take place simultaneously on every screen in the state of Maine, from the festival's main venue to the checkout monitors at every Hannaford supermarket and the departure boards at Portland International Jetport.

Festival director Nicole Costa, who also directed the documentary, said the decision was made to ensure that «no resident of Maine can physically avoid learning about Máxima Mauricio's story of friendship, migration, joy, and resilience.» Costa added that the film will also be projected onto the side of every lobster boat in Rockland Harbor for the duration of the festival, with fishermen required to keep their boats stationary until the credits roll.

Admission to any screening requires attendees to present a jar of honey, which will be collected and donated to a fund for Argentine non-binary sex workers. Moveria Film has also announced that the film's international sales team will travel to every country on Earth by foot, starting with a walk from Camden to Buenos Aires, carrying a single print of the documentary in a waterproof backpack.

Local authorities have advised residents to plan for delays, as the festival's opening night will also feature a mandatory parade of every film critic in New England, each carrying a sign reading «No Money No Honey.» The premiere is scheduled to conclude when the last lobster boat in Maine has finished watching the film.
